Onitsha Main Market this morning went up in flames.

According to eye witness account, the affected area is the line of George dealers (Ogbo George).

Traders are making efforts to stop the fire but such effort is paltry compared to the magnitude of the fire.

Efforts are being made to get the attention of the state fire service.
